Terms

Minimum Order – $200.00. Orders under this amount will incur a $20.00 service charge. We reserve the right to charge administration charges if payment is not received within 30 days. Goods will be invoiced at the prices ruling at the time of despatch. This catalogue supersedes all previous catalogues to date.

G.S.T.
All items will incur 10% G.S.T. as quoted.

TITLE OF GOODS
Title of the goods will pass to the customer when payment in full has been received by Contents Giftware, Deco Manufacturing & or Santa’s Wonderland.

CLAIMS
No claim for shortages or breakages can be accepted after 10 days from the date of delivery. “There will be no exceptions.”

RETURNS
Contents Giftware will not accept return of goods without prior approval. Return of goods for credit must be made within 10 days of delivery. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted after 10 days or if the goods are shop soiled or marked in any way. Goods will only be accepted in the same condition as when they were dispatched.

FREIGHT
Freight will be charged on all goods ex-factory unless previously notified in writing.

FIRST ORDERS
All are to be pro-forma and an account may be established after credit reference checking.

CREDIT CARDS
We accept, Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. However if you have an established account your card details must be quoted at placement of order and your card will be charged at time of despatch. We cannot allow statements to be paid by credit card.
